1. The company reserves the right to cancel orders in all cases.

2. Delivery and installation services may incur additional charges in the following cases.

2.1 In cases where delivery and installation are required in a condominium or building without an elevator for transporting goods, or when the goods cannot be brought into the elevator, our staff may need to carry the goods up the staircase.
- Between floors 1-5, the service of lifting goods up is free of charge.
- From the 5th floor and above, there is an additional service fee of 300 baht per floor (starting from the floor where the delivery vehicle cannot access).

2.2 If there is no recipient available on the scheduled delivery date, the company will need to transport the goods back to the factory, incurring additional transportation costs. The cost of this service (second round) is 1,500 Baht per occurrence.
