Delivery and installation services may incur additional charges in the following cases.<\/p><p>2.1 In cases where delivery and installation are required in a condominium or building without an elevator for transporting goods, or when the goods cannot be brought into the elevator, our staff may need to carry the goods up the staircase. <br \/>- Between floors 1-5, the service of lifting goods up is free of charge. <br \/>- From the 5th floor and above, there is an additional service fee of 300 baht per floor (starting from the floor where the delivery vehicle cannot access).<\/p><p>2.2 If there is no recipient available on the scheduled delivery date, the company will need to transport the goods back to the factory, incurring additional transportation costs.
